Itinerary in brief

day 1

Arrive in Cairo. In the evening, enjoy a Light and Sound show at the pyramids. Overnight stay in Cairo.

day 2

Full day tour of Alexandria. Visit the catacombs, Pompeii’s pillar Quitbhai Citadel and more. Overnight stay in Cairo.

day 3

Sightseeing tour of the famous Giza pyramids, the Sphinx, Papyrus Institute, Memphis, Saqqara Step, Egyptian museum & the Old Souk of Khan El Khalili. Transfer to the railway station to board your overnight train to Aswan.

day 4

Arrival in Aswan. Transfer to cruise. Sightseeing tour visiting High Dam, Unified Obelisk, (optional tour to visit Nubian Village). Optional tour of the temple of Philae with Light and Sound show. Overnight stay on cruise.

day 5

Visit Abu Simbel. Sail towards Kom Ombo. Visit the temple of Kom Ombo, and proceed towards Edfu. Overnight stay on cruise.

day 6

Cruise to Esna and Luxor. Visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Overnight stay on cruise.

day 7

Check-out of the cruise. Drive to visit the Valley of Kings, Hatsheput Temple and Memnon Colossi. Transfer to Hurghada and check in to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Hurghada.

day 8

Transfer to the airport to take a flight to Cairo, from where you can board the flight home.

Visited Thailand (Bangkok & Phuket) with my family in January 2024 through this tour operating company. They prepared a customised itinerary for us, booked our hotels at both locations and arranged all associated transportation and sight-seeing tours. We had an enjoyable trip. Both hotels were good. The tours and transportation too were good and very well arranged by their local tour partners. This is our second trip with flying squirrel. They handled everything for our trip to Vietnam. We received hassle free Cab pickups and drops, very friendly staff and guide. The accomodations were wonderful. The company officials were always on stand by and made sure we enjoyed every moment of our trip. We are extremely grateful for their co-operation and sincerity. I booked a trip with my mom for Bangladesh with Flying Squirrel Holidays. As the caption says - its taken care of, the team stood up to my expectations. It was an awesome and memorable experience. It was indeed special for me as my mom had a fabulous time. We visited 4-5 places in Bangladesh and every arrangement in each and every place was great.
