The Varkala Beach in Kerala has the northern and the southern parts. There is nothing much to see in the southern area except a Hindu temple. The Kozhikode beach is known for its amazing sunsets; they are the best and it will be a shame to miss them. The Kappil beach has still retained some of its freshness and charm and this unique combination makes it a favourite among those who look for some solitude. The scenic beauty of the place cannot be described in words; the experience needs to be absorbed. The Chavakkad beach in Trissur district is still secluded from tourist intrusion; however, there are quite a few prominent features of this beach, the most famous being the estuary where the rivers merge with the sea.
