1. What are these holiday vouchers?

The Holiday Vouchers are exclusive, limited-time offering from Flying Squirrel Holidays giving you significant savings for your upcoming holidays. They are available in 3 denominations- INR 25,000, INR 50,000, and INR 100,000 can be used for booking until 31st December 2021 and travel until 31 December 2022.

2. How can I use them?

Vouchers can be used for holiday packages both for international destinations as well as within India. It can be used for services like hotel bookings, local transportation, entrance fees for attractions, local experiences, guide services, travel insurance, etc. It cannot be used against airfare, train fare, visa fees.

3. What kind of holiday packages can I use the voucher for?

The Vouchers can be used for any customized holiday packages but not for a group tour package.

4. How will I receive the voucher?

The first step is to decide on the denomination you want and purchase the voucher. Call us on + 91 33 40525777 or write to us at connect@flyingsquirrelholidays.com . We will call you back and take your details to personalize the voucher and guide you on the purchase process. Once you pay for the voucher, we will email a soft copy of the voucher and also courier you the voucher to any address within India.

5. What are the payment methods?

You can pay online on our website, or pay via online bank transfer.

6. What happens if the total cost of the holiday is more than the voucher amount?

If the total cost of the holiday is more than the Voucher amount then you will have to pay the difference. For example, if you purchase the INR 100,000 voucher and your holiday price comes to INR 103,000 then you will have to pay the difference of INR 3,000.

7. What happens if the cost of the holiday is less than the voucher amount?

If the cost of the holiday is less than the voucher amount, the balance cannot be exchanged against cash. We encourage you to avail of additional services so you don’t lose out. Maybe a private experience, a private tour instead of a regular tour, room upgrade, etc.

8. Can any of my family members use the voucher?

If they are travelling with you, they can utilize the benefits of the voucher.

9. Can I purchase the Holiday voucher as a gift?

Of course, you can. Just give us the name of the person you want to gift the voucher to at the time of the purchase so that we can personalize the voucher.

10. What is the validity of the holiday voucher?

Vouchers can be used to book a holiday by 31 December 2021 and travel anytime until 31 December 2022.

Visited Thailand (Bangkok & Phuket) with my family in January 2024 through this tour operating company. They prepared a customised itinerary for us, booked our hotels at both locations and arranged all associated transportation and sight-seeing tours. We had an enjoyable trip. Both hotels were good. The tours and transportation too were good and very well arranged by their local tour partners. This is our second trip with flying squirrel. They handled everything for our trip to Vietnam. We received hassle free Cab pickups and drops, very friendly staff and guide. I booked a trip with my mom for Bangladesh with Flying Squirrel Holidays. As the caption says - its taken care of, the team stood up to my expectations. It was an awesome and memorable experience.
