The programme features a host of wellness activities to heal the mind, body and soul with special guided practices by our wellness expert that will help you to learn the powerful and practical tools associated with the Law of Attraction. Programme:

Designed with care, our five-night wellness retreat in Swaswara from 20-25 October 2018 will help you to implement various mind and body techniques – not just to reduce and manage stress but also to create positive change within. It includes consultations with Ayurveda doctors, therapeutic massages, yoga sessions, meditation, art therapy, nature trails, interactive cooking classes, gourmet cuisine and most importantly, special sessions by Dubai-based psychologist and wellness consultant Tanuka Gupta.

Gupta is certified in Reiki (Level 2) Vortex Divine healing, and Angel energy healing. With more than two decades of professional experience, she calls herself a muse, who inspires and energizes others to discover the path to holistic wellness.

She will work with participants for the five days of the retreat, creating different ways by which you will inch closer to mental peace and harmony.

Day 1: Creating inner stillness with the help of mindful breath work and the Hoponopono forgiveness prayer. While mindful breathing focuses your attention on your breath, the inhale and the exhale, to help you deal with stressful situations at home and work, the forgiveness prayer (an ancient Hawaiian prayer that is practised daily as a group chant) will help you let go of karmic attachments by clearing the energy.

Day 2: Creating inner joy through Kundalini Meditation. Kundalini is a form of primal energy (or shakti) that is located at the base of the spine. It's awakening through meditation results in a feeling of enlightenment and bliss.

Day 3 Creating inner strength through chakra balancing meditation. Chakras are those energy centres through which the Cosmic energy flows into the human body. The Infinite Energy System will help you harness your Spiritual Energies to a level that you easily attract whatever it is you envision.

Day 4: Creating inner flow and harmony with the help of nature bathing. Based on the Japanese way of detoxifying, forest bathing takes participants on a leisurely visit through nature with guided activities to help them open their senses, sharpen their intuition, and experience the nature like never before. Nature bathing is can be best described as hiking with deep reflection.

Day 5:  Creating Abundance with Full Moon Meditation. This will teach you how to set intentions for your goals and dreams and engage in prayer to complete the manifestation process.

These special sessions by Tanuka will be a part of your daily programme at Swaswara that also includes focus meditations in the morning, yoga asanas during the day with trained practitioners, guided nature walks, massages, interactive cooking sessions,  pottery classes and a town visit.
